Poster design and Presentation:
• The poster board is designed for dimensions of 70×100 (width: 70 centimeters, height: 100 centimeters)
• Place the congress logo on the upper right corner. Place the logo of the center supporting your study on the upper left corner with your abstract code (which is announced on website) under that.
• The poster contents such as summary, introduction, work method, conclusion, and so on might be designed as your preference.
• The poster MUST ONLY be written in English.
• Maximum of 2 to 3 references might be included in the poster.
• Participants are responsible to bring the printed poster to the congress and install it at the specified locations on specific time announced in the website for accepted poster.
• The judgement time for the posters will be announced in your acceptance letter during which participants have to be presented at their posters location to and answer referees’ questions.
Note: Poster Presentation Certificate will not be issued in case the poster is not installed or the participant is not present at the time of judgement.
Poster presentation:
• Participants with accepted abstract in poster presentation section must prepare a poster as described in the poster section, and also prepare a short presentation consisting 1 to 3 slides in power point. Each presenter with accepted poster-presentation abstract has 3 to 5 minutes time to present his/her abstract in front of referees and answer their questions.
